Mr. Silvério Espinola holds a Master of Laws and a Diploma in Air and Space Law. Currently a consultant with ICAO, Mr. Espinola has over 40 years of professional experience in civil aviation, having hold high level posts in the CAA of Portugal and in ICAO where he was until recently the Deputy Director of the Legal Bureau. The registration fee is of 350 Euro.
