nicolae-mateescu

Romania is a state of tradition in international civil aviation. It generated a series of pioneers in aviation who put the basis of air and space law. Edward Warner Award winner, Professor Nicholas Matte Mateescu, the brilliant mind of international law, established air and space law, becoming the parent of this discipline studying international law and national commercial sub-orbital flights.

In the spirit of tradition TAS brought its contribution being actively involved in promoting civil aviation and air law, both at national and international level by organizing major events in Romania and Central Eastern Europe.

As William Shakespeare said in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" - My soul is in the sky”. In the same note, with a soul dedicated to the sky, TAS is fully committed to continue the tradition.

After the success registered with the conferences organized in 2010 and 2011, this year, Team Aviation Solution organizes the third edition of the Bucharest Air Transport Conference, under the theme - Air Transport in 2012 – United in a common conscience.

“The International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University” is our partner this year, bringing its contribution by identifying the best experts in the world to present, discuss and debate emerging problems in the civil aviation industry and propose solutions.
