She is also arbitrator at Bucharest Stock Exchange, mediator and lawyer in the law firm of MIHUT Gyongy Gabriela.

Ms. MIHUT holds a degree from Cambridge University in common law and European law , a masters degree in business law at “Titu Maiorescu” University, Bucharest , Romania .

Author of a number of publications on environmental law, business law, labour law, foreigner statues on Romania , co-editor of “ Mediation “, a national magazine on ADR and president of “ International Dispute Resolution “Center Romania.
