Author of the report to the Prime Minister of France on Perspectives de l’informatique dans l’administration which promoted the use of standards as a major tool of economic policy (La documentation française 1982).
Leader of the AFNOR project which defined the ISO layout for computer keyboards (1984).
First legislative expert appointed by CEN to apply the ‘Programme Régional d’Assurance Qualité’ (PRAQ 91; 1993 PRAQ 92; 1994).
Auditor for CEN and CENELEC to conduct the membership audits of the Czech Republic (1996), Hungary, Malta, Cyprus, Poland (2003).
Author of the CEN and CENELEC Quality Manual for Membership Audits.
Team Leader for the Computer-assisted Transposition of the First ASEAN Directive (2006).
Founder of DIRLAB Company (September 2008).
