The Conference is organized by Team Aviation Solution represented in Romania by Cabinet Individual “A. C. POP”, with the support and approval of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and The Romanian Delegation at International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The Conference aims at bringing together specialists in air law matters from the International Civil Aviation Organization, as well as from other specialized institutions in the country and abroad. It will be an excellent opportunity to share information and personal experience and to discuss new and challenging issues raised by legal matters within the current international developments of civil aviation. The declared purpose of the Conference is most of all to come with information for all the participants, to train and specialize some of them if the case, taking into account the issues that are proposed to be discussed and the speakers’ expertise.
This event is intended to be a way to draw the attention of the participants, through leading specialists in the field, upon the newest and latest information in aviation law. It is designed for professionals on one hand and for those who work directly with airports, airline companies, air navigation service providers, associations, other related companies and law offices on the other hand.
As this was the first air law conference organized in Romania, at the celebration of 100 years from the first air law conference held in Paris, France, we believe that a guiding principle should be established, a principle that generated and motivated this event.

In essence, we are what we build! And if we were to look back into the past we would notice that each stage of the mankind’s history is characterized by a certain “construction”, either social or political, cultural etc.
Although these stages were more or less in a certain relationship with the element AIR, in essence they were destined to the element EARTH.
Starting with the 21st century, we may say that we are gradually leaving behind the elements earth and water and we are called to “shape” the migration process out of political and cultural reasons.
The main features of the current era is SPEED and, as a direct result, travelling by and through air.
In our opinion this ”migration” should be organized and regulated at a global level, as it is no longer regarded as being generated only by economical necessities. It certainly is to be regarded as a new concept!
Let us not forget that the standards of civilization have been affected by aviation from the very beginning of this phenomenon, generating also order, apart from the economic euphoria of the duty free. It also led to a certain respect of signs and symbols, bearing different significance, quite useful in understanding and communicating.
Shaping migration gives birth to a new level of consciousness, a global consciousness in which the respect for life is not only declared but also sustained by creating a worldwide network of awareness.
Consequently, we would like to highlight and actively sustain the necessity of regulating “air” activities with all its benefits; a direct and well organized involvement becomes imperative, under the condition of a deep respect of all human standards and values.
